The house layout is nice. Unquestionably needs some paint, fixing up in a couple of places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. Fantastic location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to take in evening meal at sunset. Observed dolphins almost every day! The place was the ideal getaway and we relished coming back to some clean and spacious place after days about the beach!

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most from the time we were there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have lots to carry out from the rain, so make a backup plan just just in case.
I loved that there were being 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grown ups who want to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once again or recommend it to an acquaintance.
4 The owner replaced the refrigerator since our last stay 2 years ago, which was needed. I feel that the home owner needs to address a handful of challenges. The main complaint that I have with the home may be the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of them really need to get replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area to the rear deck) is extremely difficult to open.

I’m a big education-resources man and it took the two hands to open. My wife was barely capable of open it in any way. A smaller or elderly man or woman will not be able to open the doorway(SAFETY Challenge)! The other critique is usually a make any difference of benefit. There is usually a water spigot Found for the bottom on the stairs leading to the beach, nevertheless it doesn’t perform. It would’ve been nice to have been in a position to rinse feet and other objects off before going on to the deck or in the house.
From the outside, the residence looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well from our price array. The inside photos were accurate and everything worked fine.
